Shipping & Delivery Terms

These shipping and delivery terms apply to all orders placed through the website.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you cannot place an order through our online shop.
1. Delivery area
We deliver our products worldwide , with the exception of Russia .
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
2. Production & Delivery Time
All Wrestling Eagles Wear products are individually manufactured to order .
Production takes place as part of a monthly collective production .
Production and delivery time:
- 4–8 weeks from receipt of order
The delivery time consists of the production time and the subsequent shipping time. Delays caused by customs clearance or external shipping providers are beyond our control.
3. Shipping costs
The applicable shipping costs are displayed transparently during the ordering process and are to be borne by the customer.
Unless otherwise stated, the following guidelines apply:
- Germany & EU: Shipping costs are calculated as a flat rate.
- Outside the EU: Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and are displayed at checkout.
All prices are final prices .
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.
4. Shipping service provider
Shipping is usually handled via DHL or a comparable international shipping provider.
Customers cannot choose the shipping company.
5. Availability of goods
Since all products are individually manufactured, they are generally available.
Should there be exceptional cases of delivery delays or the unavailability of individual materials, we will inform you immediately and coordinate the further procedure with you.
6. Transport damage
Obvious transport damage
Please inspect the goods upon receipt for any externally visible damage and report this directly to the delivery driver if possible. We also ask that you contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to report such a defect will not affect your statutory warranty rights , but will help us to enforce claims against the shipping provider.
Hidden transport damage
Should any damage be discovered only after unpacking, please inform us immediately so that we can find a solution together.
7. Self-collection
For organizational reasons, self-collection of the goods is not possible .
8. Delivery restrictions
- Delivery to PO box addresses is not possible.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible, provided the required information (post number and Packstation number) is correctly entered.
9. Customs, taxes and import duties
Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes or import duties .
These costs are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and must be borne by the customer. Please check with your country's customs or tax authorities before ordering.
10. VAT Information
All prices quoted are final prices .
In accordance with § 19 UStG, no value added tax is charged or shown.
