Return and Refund Policy

1. General information on returns

For orders within the European Union (EU) , a return can be requested within 30 days of receiving the goods , provided the following conditions are met.

Returns from countries outside the EU are generally excluded.

Unfortunately, after the 30-day period has expired, a refund or exchange is no longer possible.

2. Conditions for a return

A return can only be accepted if:

  • the item is unused and unworn
  • the item is in its original condition
  • the original packaging is present
  • Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice or order confirmation) is enclosed

Please do not send the goods directly to the manufacturer , but only to the return address we have provided.

3. Items excluded from exchange and return

Certain products are generally excluded from return and exchange.

This includes in particular:

  • All wrestling singlets , as these are individually or custom-made.

    (no right of withdrawal according to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 and no. 3 BGB)
  • Gift vouchers
  • Digital content or software for download
  • Hygiene and personal care products
  • perishable goods
  • hazardous substances as well as flammable liquids or gases

4. Partial refunds

In the following cases, only a partial refund can be issued:

  • Items with signs of wear or damage that are not due to our fault
  • Returns where parts are missing
  • Returns received after the 30-day period has expired

5. Restocking fee

For accepted returns, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 5% of the merchandise value from the refund amount.

6. Refunds

After receiving and examining the return, we will inform you by email whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund – less any applicable fees – will be made via the original payment method .

7. Delayed or missing refunds

Please check your bank account first.

In some cases, processing by credit card companies or banks may take several days.

8. Reduced items

Items marked as sale, special or reduced goods are excluded from exchange and refund .

9. Exchange in case of defects or damage

An exchange is only possible if an item arrives defective or damaged .

In this case, please contact us in advance by email so that we can coordinate the next steps.

10. Gifts

If an item was sent directly to the recipient as a gift, a voucher for the value of the goods can be issued in the event of an approved return.

Otherwise, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

11. Return shipping costs

The buyer bears the costs for return shipping .

Shipping costs already paid will not be refunded.

For returns with a merchandise value exceeding €75, we recommend shipping with tracking or insurance, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns.
