General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts concluded via the online shop.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.

A purchase agreement only comes into effect when the supplier expressly confirms the customer's order or begins to execute the order.

3. Custom-made

All products offered are individually manufactured according to customer specifications .

This includes in particular design, colors, sizes, logos and other design features.

Due to individual manufacturing , slight variations in color, size or appearance may occur, which do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices and sales tax

All prices quoted are final prices .

In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged or shown.

Any applicable shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment

The payment methods available to the customer are displayed during the ordering process.

The provider reserves the right to exclude individual payment methods in specific cases.

6. Delivery and Shipping

Delivery area: worldwide , excluding Russia
Production time: 4–8 weeks
Production takes place as part of a monthly group order.
Shipping will take place after production is complete.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union , additional customs duties, taxes or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

7. Right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal, as the products offered are custom-made goods manufactured according to customer specifications.

(§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

8. Warranty and Liability for Defects

The statutory warranty rights apply.

The customer is obliged to inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to report any recognizable defects within 7 days of delivery.

In the case of justified complaints, the supplier will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product.

9. Liability

The provider is fully liable in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, body or health.

In the case of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage.

Any further liability is excluded.

10. Retention of title

The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until full payment has been received.

11. Use of the website

The customer agrees not to misuse the website and its content, in particular not for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

12. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy policy, which can be accessed on the website.

13. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

For contracts already concluded, the terms and conditions valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract apply.
